Shipping Information

• Shipping will commence only after payment has been successfully processed. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order, and you will receive a notification when it is on its way.

Free Shipping Offers:

• First Order: Sign up to become a CJL beauty member & enjoy free shipping on your first order with a minimum spend of $80. Use code WELCOME at checkout.
• Orders Over $120: Automatically qualify for free shipping.

Shipping & Handling Fees (Orders $120 & under):

• 1g – 1000g: $15
• 1001g – 3000g: $19
• 3001g and more $22

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time:

• ACT, NSW, VIC & QLD: 4-8 business days
• SA, NT, WA & TAS: 8-14 business days

Tracking:

• Orders come with tracking numbers, allowing customers to monitor their delivery status.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Delivery times are calculated from when an item has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post.
  
• Shipping may take additional time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events.
