The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

At CJL Beauty & Home, we understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out. You can return items within 14 days of the purchase date. Here are the key points of our return policy:
- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted for change of mind, incorrect item ordered, and under the Scent Room promise.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless faulty.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for returns are deducted from the refund. For returns via our returns form, customers pay for shipping at a flat rate of $15 and receive a full refund for the item(s).
- Sale Items: Refunds for items bought on sale or with discount codes will be at the discounted price.
Reasons for Return
- Change of Mind: Return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days, with return shipping at customer’s expense.
- Incorrect Item Ordered: Return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days, with return shipping at customer’s expense.
Reasons for Return via Returns Form:
- Damaged in Transit: Report within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Do not dispose of the item until we confirm.
- Incorrect Item Received: Return the item(s) free of charge with shipping costs covered by CJL Beauty & Home.
- Faulty Item: Report with a detailed description and photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
