What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
- Shipping will commence only after payment has been successfully processed. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order, and you will receive a notification when it is on its way.
- First Order Free for orders over $49.99
- $12 for orders under $99.98
- ACT, NSW, VIC & QLD 4-8. business days.
- SA , NT, WA, & TAS, 8-14 business days.
- Orders come with tracking numbers, allowing customers to monitor their delivery status.
- Delivery times are calculated from when an item has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post.
- Shipping may take additional time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events.
- Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Australia Public Holidays).

- At CJL Beauty & Home, we understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out. You can return items
- within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted for change of mind, incorrect item ordered, and under the Scent Room promise.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless faulty.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for returns are deducted from the refund. For returns via our returns form, customers pay for shipping at a flat rate of $9.60 and receive a full refund for the item(s).
- Sale Items: Refunds for items bought on sale or with discount codes will be at the discounted price.
Reasons for Return
- Change of Mind: Return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days, with return shipping at customer’s expense.
- Incorrect Item Ordered: Return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days, with return shipping at customer’s expense.
- Reasons for Return via Returns Form:
- Damaged in Transit: Report within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Do not dispose of the item until we confirm.
- Incorrect Item Received: Return the item(s) free of charge with shipping costs covered by CJL Beauty & Home.
- Faulty Item: Report with a detailed description and photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at cjl.homebeauty@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address PO BOX 170, Fairfield, NSW, 1860.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty
- products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with our CJL team, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cjl.homebeauty@gmail.com.
